RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Received the Wrong Items or Defective Products
If you find that the product you have received is not what you ordered or comes in a defective condition, please provide an image of the product, the tracking number and order number, email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days after the order has been delivered to you. Our customer support team will help you out.
If you want to cancel the order, please feel free to contact us before receiving the notification email about the shipping. Once the product left from our warehouse, we are sorry that there is no way to stop it or cancel your order. If you insist to cancel the order, we are afraid that you need to reship the product back to us at your own expense, and we will issue a full refund once received the product in our warehouse.
Refunds (If Applicable)
We offer a refund/replacement only once we have received the product. It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to process. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (If Applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit company. it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There’s some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of those and you still haven’t received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
