Return & Refund Policy

1. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, we are here to help.

  • Requirements: Please provide clear images of the product, your tracking number, and your order number.

  • Submission: Email these details to support@soundpeats.com.bd within 3 days of delivery.

  • Note: Claims made after 3 days of delivery will not be eligible for return or replacement under this category.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

We offer a refund or replacement only after we have received the product back at our warehouse and conducted a quality inspection.

  • Processing Time: It generally takes up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

  • Method: Approved refunds will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that banks or payment gateways may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order at any time before receiving the shipping notification email.

  • After Shipping: Once the product has left our warehouse, the order cannot be canceled or stopped. If you still wish to cancel, you must receive the product and ship it back to us at your own expense. A full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be issued once the product is received at our warehouse in its original, intact condition.

4. Shipping Charges & Fees

  • Non-Refundable: Original delivery/shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Deductions: For orders canceled after shipping, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting the initial shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred.

  • Warranty Shipping: For products covered under warranty, all associated shipping costs (including return for service, replacement delivery, or any logistics) must be borne by the customer.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First, check your bank account or mobile wallet again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@soundpeats.com.bd.


Important Notice: > Soundpeats Bangladesh ensures the delivery of 100% Original and Brand New (Intact) products. We maintain a strict policy against Refurbished items. To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
