Warranty & Service Policy

1. Warranty Period & One-Time Replacement

  • 6-Month Warranty: All authentic SOUNDPEATS products are covered by a (6) Six-Month Limited Warranty from the original purchase date.

  • One-Time Replacement: We offer a one-time product replacement. Once a replacement unit is issued, the warranty for that specific order is considered expired and fulfilled.

2. Hygiene & Return Policy (Change of Mind)

  • Hygiene Protection: Due to hygiene reasons, in-ear headphones (earbuds) cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product is used, unless it has a manufacturing defect.

  • Intact Packaging: For any eligible return, the product must be in its original, intact packaging including all boxes, manuals, and accessories.

3. Critical Deadlines & Shipping

  • Physical Damage: Any physical damage (scratches, broken parts) or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Functional Defects: Manufacturing defects must be reported within 3 days.

  • Shipping Costs: All shipping fees (return and resend) for warranty claims or returns must be borne by the customer.

4. Final Authority

“Your warranty is under the sole discretion of SOUNDPEATS. Failure to follow the required procedures may void your claim. Processing takes 10 business days after we receive the product.”
