SoundPEATS Mini Pro HS Wireless Earbuds with Hi-Res Certification and LDAC Codec, Hybrid Active Noise Cancelling Earphones, 6 Microphones, 28 Hours
Users who have used the SoundPeats Mini Pro should be impressed by its appearance, and the SoundPeats Mini Pro HS follows the Mini Pro’s classic design. The pebble shape and the skin-like matte texture make the design of the charging case very beautiful. The frosted material is matched with the gold-sprinkling process effect, which looks more fashionable.
The “Soundpeats” brand name is printed on the front of the charging case. Below the brand name is an LED indicator, and the Type-C charging interface is designed on the back of the charging case.
The earbuds are basically the same shape as the Soundpeas Mini Pro, without the headset stem. In the process of wearing, the in-ear cavity can perfectly simulate ergonomics, even if it is worn for a long time, it will not feel too much pressure, and it is quite comfortable to wear when going out. The touch area is at the SoundPeats shield logo on the outside of the earbuds.
In terms of configuration, SoundPeats Mini Pro HS adopts WQ7033AR chip and 10mm bio-diaphragm dynamic driver, which makes the sound more delicate and expressive. It supports LDAC codec, 24bit/96kHz, and the highest bit rate reaches 990kbps, which makes the expressiveness of the sound closer to the original sound and close to lossless sound quality. In addition, the earbuds have passed the Hi-Res certification, reaching the standard of high-quality audio, with a frequency response range of 20Hz~40kHz and richer details.
Noise Cancellation & Calling
In addition to sound tuning, the biggest highlight of the SoundPeats Mini Pro HS is the dual-feed hybrid ANC (feedforward + feedback), with a maximum noise cancellation of up to 40dB and a noise cancellation width of 1.5kHz. There is hardly any noise when used in daily commuting scenarios. However, in ANC mode, it will have a certain impact on the sound quality, which is also a common problem with noise cancellation headphones on the market.
When the ANC mode is turned on, the running noise of the air conditioner cannot be heard at all under the indoor air conditioner. Wearing it in the bedroom, the sound of the TV in the living room is basically inaudible. When used outdoors, the voices of passersby and the wind noise caused by driving are basically inaudible. But the sound of car horns can still be heard. In addition to the ANC mode, the SoundPeats Mini Pro Hs also has a transparent mode and a normal mode, both of which can be used when crossing the road.
Call noise cancellation uses feed-forward, feed-back and call microphone arrays to cooperate with each other (ENC Dual-MIC Call Noise Cancellation), and then separates ambient noise and call sound to achieve a clearer call. At the same time, this design principle can effectively block and filter wind noise, so that you can chat happily during cycling and running.
Game Latency & Battery Life & APP
The SoundPeats Mini Pro HS has a game mode that can be turned on by triple-tap the left earbud. In game mode, earbuds have a latency as low as 70ms, which is very suitable for FPS mobile games and has very good transient response capabilities.
In terms of battery life, the earbuds can last up to 8 hours in a single time (ANC OFF), and the charging case can fully charge the earbuds 2.5 times, and the total battery life can reach 28 hours. The single battery life of earbuds is very good, and the overall battery life performance is relatively average.
Almost all of the TWS earbuds recently launched by SoundPeats support OTA and adaptive EQ, and there are 10 preset equalizers to choose from. The settings of the APP interface are also very simple, and the functions are clear at a glance.
